Featured Client : Kremer Laser Eye Center

I have been working with Kremer Laser Eye Center for about 7 years. In the latest redesign of their site, we went back and reviewed traffic paths, most used pages and competitors. One of the core things we wanted to do was to increase the number of contacts into the call center and ultimatly increase the conversion rate of the site.

We added a contact us form to every page on the site as part of this redesign. The results have been tremendous, within launching the new site there was an explosion of inquiries coming through the new easy contact form.

In addition to this change we consolidated and focussed the key areas of the site to make the site easier to use and understand. Kremer focuses on LASIK, wavefront, PRK and a wide range of other vision correction procedures, and it was important that canidates for each procedure are able to easily find the information they need to make an informed choice.

The choice of colors and fonts were made to both harmonize with new print material and provide easy reading to visitors who have less than perfect vision.
