Google Adwords + Analytics is a Winning Combination

I have recently become a Google Adwords Professional, going through their certification program and meeting the requirements. The benefits to my clients is already well worth the effort. Through this program I am able to offer new advertisers credits to jump start their ad buys and track everything in a central area. Pretty slick.

What continues to really excite me though is Google Analytics (formerly Urchin). This free, invitation only product is amazing. I have been using it to track drop offs throughout the shopping experience for my clients, and using this data, I've made significant improvements in conversion rates. It all goes back to the idea of continual improvement and testing different methods and techniques over and over again optimizing sites until they are money making machines. This is by far my favorite part of my work, and something that I'll be doing more and more.
